Our Bylaws are the blueprint for running CNA. Every once in a while we must revisit and refresh them. Sometimes it’s to reflect new changes in Oregon law, or changes in Portland’s Neighborhoods System; sometimes the changes are solely to make our organization more effective or to allow for expansion or contraction in size, or in programming areas. These current proposals are a combination of both. Come to our Membership meeting on March 4th to vote on the proposed changes.
