Welcome to the home page of the Concordia Neighborhood Association’s Land Use & Transportation Committee.
The CNA LUTC is the forum for neighbors to come together, discuss, and take action on issues related to land use and/or transportation in the neighborhood, including but not limited to:
– Comprehensive Plan & Zoning-related issues
– Development, Demolitions, & Construction-related issues
– Bicycle, pedestrian, speed limit, and other related issues
– Greenhouse gas emissions reduction, sustainability, and other related issues

42nd Ave Bridge over NE Lombard
