CNA Annual Yard Sale

The annual Concordia Neighborhood Yard Sale brings neighbors together for two days of shopping, selling and exploring the neighborhood.

Clear out your closets, garages and basements—or spend the weekend searching for secondhand treasures throughout Concordia.

9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Host a Yard Sale

Anyone may host a yard sale during the weekend. Sellers may participate on Saturday, Sunday or both days. To have your sale featured on the official digital and printable Concordia Yard Sale maps, register your address and pay the $10 fee.

Registered sellers may provide a brief description of the items they expect to have available, helping shoppers plan their routes and find the sales that interest them most.

About the $10 Fee
The $10 fee is only required for inclusion on the official yard sale maps—you do not need to register simply to hold a sale. Your fee helps cover yard signs, printed materials and event promotion, while also supporting future Concordia Neighborhood Association events. The neighborhood sale will be promoted through the CNA website, Concordia News, social media, flyers, yard signs, Nextdoor and Craigslist.

Find a Sale

The digital map and printable lists will be posted here shortly before the event. Each map will feature participating sale locations and any descriptions supplied by the sellers who have paid to be included on the map and list.

A Few Things to Know

Each yard sale is independently hosted by a Concordia neighbor, so available items may change and individual sale hours may vary. Please be considerate of residents, drive carefully and avoid blocking driveways while visiting sales.
