Ad Sales
Compensation: Commission of 20% of gross advertising sales on ads that run in CNEWS each month it is produced. (Currently all months except January).
Skills required: Advertising or other sales experience with track record of success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum qualifications in addition to prior sales experience are MS Excel competency, availability to work during standard business hours, computer access for emailing and billing, and ability to travel to and from advertiser appointments and to attend one monthly scheduled CNA Media Team meeting.
Ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a customer-focused approach to sales and service, and enjoys some team connection.
- The goal of the Ad Sales rep will be to increase advertising revenue for CNews on an increasing trajectory each month, and to reach and maintain CNews ad sales goals within 6 months of start date.
- Once goal is reached, maintain required CNews ad revenue requirements.
- Ad Sales Rep is required to generate monthly invoices to advertising reps through easy-to-manage/understand online PayPal systems.
