Kitchen Commons matches kitchen resources with community need, making it affordable and practical to cook healthy food, advocating for food justice, & putting the dream of a food business in reach of low-income entrepreneurs. We are excited to partner with St. Mike’s and the Concordia Neighborhood Association in planning a Kitchen Envisioning Potluck on Monday, June 3rd from 6:00 – 8:30pm.
This process brings stakeholders together to envision a kitchen space as a Community Kitchen that is fully utilized in support of your mission and goals. By the end of the event, you will have a shared vision for a Community Kitchen and a rough outline of a plan for achieving that vision including next steps. Please come, invite your friends and neighbors, and help create an exciting opportunity for the St. Mike’s kitchen to be used for its full community building potential.
