Tour of the Completed North Runway Scheduled for October 8th

Come out and see the finished North Runway!

We realize that all our runway work and temporary changes in flight tracks over the last two years may have had an effect on you and your neighbors. The work is almost complete on the North Runway portion of the Runway Rehabilitation program and we invite you out to see what we’ve been doing before the runway completely opens to its new length of 9825 feet. The tour route will take you out onto the airfield and down the runway itself as the project highlights are explained by project staff. Don’t miss this once in a lifetime opportunity!

Why does the Concordia Association support all of the noise that the Port has put on this neighborhood. The noise and the planes are never going to go away, because you’ve pretty much said …Come on in. Fly as low and loud as you want . You don’t give a rats a— about the quality if life for the people that live here. This neighborhood is actually the airport. All morning it’s just a swarm of panes and noise. Take your runway tour and shove it!
