The alleys between NE 31st and 32nd were cleared this weekend of debris and invasive plants. Special thanks goes out to everyone in the community and SOLV who contributed their time and effort on this much needed project.

You guys are amazing!! Take note Portland.
In my walks around the neighborhood I notice that some alleys are impassable but most are not. Is there a law on the books that make the home owners on either side of an alley responsible for keeping it clear? The alley behind my house is kept clear and accessible on each end but the middle is completely overgrown and it’s impossible for even a person on foot to walk through. If you don’t have an answer for me, could you please point me in the right direction to find one?
Thanks.
